Anna Griffin / Cricut Products
I have learned a little about the relationship between Anna G, Cricut and HSN.
For Cricut products like the Explore, Cuttlebug, Cricut Cartridges, Digital Cartridges, metal dies, emobssing folders….Anna G licenses her name and designs to Cricut/Provo Craft. Cricut/Provo Craft manufactures and packages the products and they are shipped from a Cricut/Provo Craft warehouse. HSN is the vendor that we use to buy these items vs going cirectly to cricut.com. These special Anna G products are only sold by HSN.
If you have a problem with one of these special Anna G licensed products/bundles, HSN can’t help. Anna G can’t help and Cricut/Provo Craft can’t help. All you can do is send it back to HSN.
I bought 3 sets of the Anna G Wishful Thinking TS from craft day. All are missing some of the numbers. No one can help me. HSN has no parts they can send. Anna G just licensed her designs to Cricut and Cricut can’t help because they don’t sell those products. Kind of a convoluted relationship and the Customer is in the middle.
HSN offered a $5 refund and of course I can send the items back. Going to keep the kit and hope the auto delivery kits contain everything they are supposed to contain. Eventually I am hoping Cricut will stand by the mixup in their packaging/warehouse. In the mean time, I know to be cautious when ordering special Anna G Cricut products. I love her products and I love Cricut products. There just needs to be better quality control and Customer Service. And maybe both could offer HSN a way to help their Customers.

That’s interesting! I ordered the cuttlebug on 1/9/17 with extended delivery date of 2/9/17. On 1/25 I checked on my order and there was no activity yet it was available on line to purchase. Emailed customer service that day and was told order was being processed. Received HSN shipping confirmation with transaction number via email on 1/28/17. Now it’s been stuck in “transit to UPS Facility” since then with no movement. Emailed HSN cs again yesterday and was told “everything is on schedule” and to call back if I don’t receive it by 2/9/17. Called UPS today and they have no record of receiving package to date. Why would it take 5 days to “transit to UPS”?
Clearly there is a shipping issue but yet I have to waste my time monitoring and wait another week to tell them…yes, it’s really lost in transit. RIDICULOUS!!!
FYI: Ironically I received my AG TS dies and nothing was missing. But now with this shipping issue I have no machine to use them.
