24 Hour Crafting Day………??
So disappointed. Way to much time spent on The Today’s Special. With over 2000 Vendors offered online to shop from, you would think they could have more of a variety of things to offer. Why not knitting, crocheting, quilling, quilting. Also, more die cutting items, paper and crafting tools. Don’t get me wrong I love Anna Griffin and have bought many of her things……….but every other hour for 24 hours is way to much.

I also hope that one day, they’ll show more of a variety of arts & crafts stuff. It’s kind of a breakthrough, to me, that they’ve been offering the colored pencils and markers from Spectum Noir or Colorista or whatever they’re called……I would’ve bought some if I could’ve afford it! They looked really nice, and I hope HSN can partner up with even more arts & crafts vendors in the future, and keep doing demonstrations with them.

I also was disappointed. Way too much AG and TP. Anna Griffins products are beautiful, but they are not my cup of tea, they are overdone. That’s OK though because you could use them for multiple purposes. I would like to see more scrapbooking and what other people have suggested. I don’t mean AG style scrapbooking where every emblishment you can think of has been glued to one page. What happened to the sewing lady? I love sewing as well as knitting. I don’t like that knitting gaget they had either.

On the August 30, 2016 half craft day and the Oct 5, 2016 craft day, I was disappointed they didnt have more Halloween crafts. Anna Griffin had just one kit. But, I thought other companys would have something for Halloween.

I was also disappointed that they spent so much time on the TS. I took the day off and thought I would be glued to the TV. I still really enjoyed Craft Day:smileyhappy:, but I kept hoping to see a bigger variety of products and brands.

I agree. I was out of the house a large part of Wed. and hated missing everything. But when I got home and checked what had been shown, I was disappointed in the variety.
I mentioned many times how many crafters there are and how few crafting shows are available anymore. I think HSN is missing a big potentional audience. One time they even said they would pass the information on to programming, but I guess they make more money selling electronic bug killers and storage boxes.
Anna Griffin is my favorite, but I hope she has something exciting in the works as well.
Well, guess I’ll have to open some of the boxes and start using the stuff I bought last craft day. :smileyvery-happy::heart:

For me the new Explore just didn’t have enough new features to justify spending the money for the upgrade. If you do crafts to sell I can understand being interested because of the speed, but I’m just a home crafter for me and my family so I just couldn’t do it.

This is the second crafting day in a row that I haven’t bought a single thing. There were a couple of thngs I wanted but by the time I got home from work, they were already sold out. I LOVE Anna Griffin but I’m really getting tired of flowers! I, too, thought that the Explore was shown way too many times. Whatever happened to Martha Stewart and Epiphany Crafts?—just to name a couple. I don’t think MS has been on for the last several shows. Oh well—maybe next time!

I think they were pushing the TS to sell. Maybe it didn’t sell as well as they thought it would. For me, I can’t buy a new machine every few years and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I would rather spend money on other products. I don’t understand why they don’t get reps from a lot more if their venders. Their stuff would sell better. I guess they are just pushing what will sell the most. Personally I would have rather had the big Anna Griffin Christmas Card Kit again this year as a TS. I miss that for this year! I alway look forward to it.
But all in all it was a good day. I bought a lot of neat stuff.
