Who gets Coupon Codes?
Was wondering what determines who gets coupon codes E-mailed to them. I sometimes get them, but other people who have been HSN shoppers for many years don’t get them.

The Marketing Team decides, and they won’t tell us how they choose.

I’ve gotten them e-mailed to me on occasion, but I must use HSN credit card. Not happy this is required. Almost like forcing you to carry this card.

I get coupons in Email… but I tend to miss seeing a lot of them. Some are good for short amount of time, some are good for a month. But the way I see this is…HSN does not need to give any of us coupons. QVC never gives coupons. Evine will argue with you over a coupon given to you that won’t work (new customer/sign up for email type coupon).
I’m just happy when I see a coupon I can use for something I was going to be buying.
I don’t get a coupon & then go find something to use it on.

Right on Taci!

Evine always sends me coupons. I do not have their card.
I tried to get an HSN card. All my bills have a p.o. box. The HSN card requires a utility bill with a physical address. I will NEVER have a mailbox at home. My other creditors do not care.
I rarely get a coupon from HSN.
I just want to give Kemiqueen a BIG Thank You for trying to make HSN coupons fair for all of us!

My pet peeve is that HSN customer service is terrible. I won’t go into detail but it took ab arm and leg to resolve something. Thanks to someone posting a 30% off coupon for jewelry by 2/28, I indulged in a few things. I do not have an HSN csrd. I did once over 10 years ago.

I wonder who determines who gets coupons also. I have had an HSN card since 1985 and do not get coupon codes. I purchase from HSN on a regular basis.
