Warning-VIOlife Sonic Duo toothbrush TS…no replacement brush heads

I was trying to order extra brush heads using the item # at the bottom of the screen which they said were the replacements!

Well it’s not. The heads they have are for the Slim Sonic, the smaller brush. I used chat to get the correct item # and….

REP: I do not show any replacement brush heads for the VIOlife Duo Sonic offered only for the VIOlife Slim Sonic.

ME: Goodness they are saying on TV there are the replacement brush heads!

REP: You may inquire with the manufacturer to see if the VIOlife Slim Sonic brush heads are also interchangeable with the VIOlife Duo Sonic.

***Edited by HSN to confirm 442-425 is the repalcement compatible with 528-171

It was the 528-171. I went ahead and just placed the order since it wouldn’t take. If you have one that will work I’ll cancel and reorder if it will let me.

Hmmmm…very interesting. It would be hard to believe that they would sell this and not have those replacement heads fit…good eye to catch this. It certainly needs clarification…anyone heard the presentations reference replacing the heads (I haven’t been watching as I have multiple Violife brushes from past years but do have the heads on auto ship)? Maybe someone can go to the Violife site and use their Chat function (when they open) to get an answer. I find lack of clear and concise information (in lots of things) infuriating.
