I bought some sale items from the Too Faced website on Black Friday and received a 20% coupon to use on MLK weekend. They offered free shipping too, so I went over there to shop. The trouble was, you can’t use it for New Collections, so that eliminated about a third of their inventory. You can’t use it on sale items, so you can’t use it for those either. I did manage to get a few items and started my checkout. I kept getting a message that I wasn’t filling the credit card field out the right way, finally got it right and checked out. Immediately I got a message that my debit card had been rejected. I went to my bank’s website, where unless someone had stolen my identity and cleaned me out just an hour before, I found I still had plenty of money there. In the transactions, it showed where Too Faced had taken out the money and then put it right back in! I called Too Faced customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. 

So, okay, Too Faced, you might have great offers and sales in theory, but your customer service is terrible. I emailed Too Faced to ask them a question over the Holidays, and I got an answer from them that didn’t make any sense. It was as if I asked them what 2 + 2 was and they answered, “Emily”. They have 52 complaints filed on them to the Better Business Bureau. 

I like Too Faced cosmetics, but I am sticking with HSN for my purchases. Too Faced does not do price adjustments like HSN does, and their return policy is a joke. If HSN gives me a coupon, unless an item is on clearance, I can use it towards any Too Faced item I want, and I can get at least 2 Flex Pays with my HSN card. So yesterday, I spent the money I was going to spend over on the Too Faced website and got more items and more of what I really wanted – Yippee! Has anyone else had problems with the Too Faced company?
