Program Guide
Hello, I don’t know why I’m asking this…but can I request a program guide for July? I say I don’t know why I’m asking this because I asked for June programs twice, once on the 16th of May, and once at the first of June and never got one for June yet at all. I thought you were supposed to request after the 16th, and it would be like 5-7 or 7-10 business days to receive it.

Since July is the birthday month for HSN, I would also love the Program Guide for that month.

Managers…..why not send everyone a monthly program without us having to ask for it. I know it’s costly for you to do so, but like myself, I have to keep clicking on the station to see what’s selling. I think we can click somewhere on site for schedule, but I find that very inconvenient, I’m not on the computer all day. Sometimes I receive one with a recent delivered order but the month is usually half gone or is over. If I had a guide perhaps I would buy more cause I would know what’s on, when. The other day I got the tail end of an item that I may have purchased if i knew it was on earlier. I know I can look on here for an item but that’s not always convenient to do. I know several people who don’t even own a computer and they find it difficult to shop your station, they can’t leave it on all day to see what’s selling, when.

I hope myself and the others who have commented don’t go through what I have the past couple of months with the program guide hassle…not getting one until well into May for that month…and not ever receiving one for June at all.
