“For selected customers only” – it seems HSN is still not listening to us. This is even worse. There were no coupons for everyone for a long time, and now they come up with one for the entire month of October, and not everyone can use it! It used to be they came out with a couple of monthly coupons everyone can use. So it seems HSN’s answer to our complaints is: No soup for you!!!

When visiting a thread one has designed to post coupons, I would rather not see complaints about “selected” customers and codes not “working.”

Thank u comments are appreciated.

Members w problems can post on the Customer Service Forum or the Coupon Equality thread or start a new thread if that makes them feel better.

I think there should be 2 threads.

One for POSTING COUPONS, the other for the COMPLAINTS.
