Can you tell me what brand the lithium batteries are? (ie; Samsung, etc.)?

Also, does the holiday return policy apply to this item?

Is the easy return label included if the item is to be returned?

The Extended Holiday return policy does apply. This item contains 43,000mAh Lithium-ion battery; the battery manufacturer is not provided. Please be assured that we have confirmed that the lithium batteries in our AIR RIDE hover boards have passed applicable safety testing and have not received any complaints of fires or any issues from customers. Please be aware this item cannot be shipped via air and transport aboard aircraft and vessels is not permitted. This item is dropped shipped ground from the manufacturer and does not include an Easy Return label.
