help!!! i need tech support. i can’t smile at community posts!!!

Would someone please tell me how to smile at a post.   I could not figure out how to do it.  Is there a manual somewhere?

I can’t either.  Maybe the smiles are gone first.

OMG!!! i totally forgot that this tech issue could not really be a tech issue but that it could actually be a new hsn guidelines issue.  wow!!! if anyone has any further information, please share. thanks!!! xoxo

has this “exciting” change taken effect?

Just think  next week , we will all lose our SMILE .   HSN   has decided   SMILING will no longer be torarated.    Also no ranks ,  NO MORE recognition  for faithfullly posting  about  great products or  great buys .

Sorry for the trouble everyone is having in the HSN Community today. I’ve reported this issue and hope to have some resolution by the end of the day.
