What type of perfume scent best suits your personality

I love Tresor. I love Amazing Grace. I love Nantucket Briar. I’m always drawn to sandalwood, vanilla that is rich, patchouli notes. A favorite body creme was from Perlier Sandalwood and Sage. It’s discontinued. I’ve bought up what I could find online. Unfortunately I’ve worked for an allergist 13 of my 34 years in nursing. So I can only indulge on days off!

I love vanilla jasmine lotion. I do somehow better with body creams, then perfume. There used to be a perfume from Lancôme in the citrus family and I loved it during the summer months.

a light floral  which is  crisp clean  is Lancome’s  Climat!  which i adore  its a romantic scent  was introduced in 1965

I used to wear Chanel No. 5 until I found out that Coco Chanel was a Nazi collaborator. I loved Tova Borgnine’s original Tova fragrance but the scent had changed once she sold her company.  I now use fragrant body oils.

Green, fresh, aromatic Neroli. I love the scent of orange blossom. It is joyful. It is serene. Something I strive to be each day.

My favorite perfume was Inoui by Shisedo but it as been discontinued.  Since then I have been searching.  I have found many beautiful fragrances but always seem to be looking for that one.  Looking forward to trying some Lancome but have not yet.  The search continues!

I remember one day, I was getting in an elevator.  This lawyer said “what’s the name of that perfume you wearing, it smells great” and I replied it’s called “A Little Sexy” He sais it does  smell great and I betcha that’s why you bought it.  All of us that was in the elevator laughed lol.

I have certain personalities and my favorites are:  Calvin Klein’s Obsession, Shophia’s Love, Marilyn Miglin’s Pheromone, Michael Buble’s By Invitation, and now maybe Lancome’s La Vie Est Belle!  It all depends on my mood and where I’m going or what I’m doing! :womanwink:

Lightly floral or crisp and clean.  I simply cannot wear heavy, oriental or woodsy perfumes.  I’m an outdoors person and also socialble and I don’t want to offend others with a heavy, overloaded scent.

La Vie Est Belle    I was a junior high teacher for 41 years and this is  the only perfume they actually

commented on.   With that age group you know it had to be a winner.   It was much better than when they would ask me “what happened” to your hair.
