I am sorry for your terrible dilemma. I would definitely contact CS and Mangano regarding this.

Also I would suggest seeing a stylist as soon as possible. They may be able to somehow offer a fix until it grows back. Perhaps you could have some extensions put in ? I’m no expert but I did wantt o offer this suggestion.
