Too Faced Sells To Estee Lauder

I think that u are doing the right thing by no longer purchasing from Too Faced and It Cosmetics in support of your compassion for animals. Even if those companies stick to no animal testing, they are making money for large companies that do test on animals. I think it lacks integrity to sell out to corporations with completely opposite beliefs, but that’s just my opinion. Money does talk. 

And so the consolidation goes…regulators never met a merger (or ulitily rate hike) they didn’t like. One day, it will be down to just…Taco Bell (for those that remember that movie).

i don’t blame either one of them. in fact, carol’s daughter also got bought by l’oreal a few years ago. and, i even remember when burts bees was sold to clorox many years ago too. some times these “small” companies just grow too big and “small” investors can’t handle it or just don’t want to. in fact, i am waiting for the honest company to head in the same direction. it’s only going to be a matter of time. i just hope that it is true that all of these “small” companies have the condition to not test on animals in their sale contracts. or, at the very least, it is worth a try. oh, sigh… xoxo

Please people stop posting incorrect information without checking first.  Neither  of these corporations tests on animals anymore.  Every company start with the vision of  selling out one day to a larger conglomerate and make their fortune.

I have a question. I’m very glad that most of the big corporations are not animal testing anymore.

Cruelty-Free Kitty” and read their article dated June, 2016.  It explains the loophole they have to mislead and discusses their lawsuit when the FDA sued them for misleading practices.

I have had to go many weeks with out doing anything but washing my skin after the operations.  I thought my skin would go though isues but it accutally has changed.  It is so much clearer and bright.. I guess you can say my skin went through a detox.  Now I just was and use an exfoliation cream from my doctor and lip balm.  I did not have any problem previousely and love my products from HSN but I love the new look also. Sometimes the skin needs to rest from everything and regenerate.  If I mispelled.. sorry the spell check is missing.  I missed you all so much!

When you do not have the abilility to hold your hands still make up is not an option just cleaning products. I want to keep my eyes.

I also think that people are now demanding more humane treatment of animals.  I was watching a show about a guy who is a turkey farmer.  He farmed the poor birds in the usual cramped and uncaring conditions and standard fed foods for poultry.  He now has a completely different attitude, his turkeys are free roaming all over his farm, they eat what they want out in the fields and develop muscle from exercise and he claims the meat is much better as do his customers.  He said his whole attitude changed because people wanted only organic turkeys and free roaming.  I have heard this too with a new generation of farmers as well.  I don’t eat meat, but a friend of mine buys hers from a farm that raises healthy, free roaming and well fed cattle.  It is more expensive, but she claims it is worth it.  The animals are slaughtered humanely.  Another farm makes its own cheese, honey and natural beauty products.  We have bought some products there as well.  When I was young we had our own chickens, ducks and geese.  They roamed everywhere, the chickens would come when you called them and went into their coups at night.  The ducks also had their resting places.  The geese were very aggressive.  We did eat them.  Even then I didn’t like meat as a child.  My aunt had a big fat pig that she raised, and when I asked where he was one visit she said in the freezer and the fridge.  Poor Wilbur.  :o)
