SSC EGG Microcurrent face toner

This is a great price. I ordered another because my EGG is 3 or 4 years old. I started with SS Facemaster over 10 years ago from HSN and still use it for the eye area but hands down this SSC machine works the cheek area the best. My dermatologist is convinced this type of machine does work. She sees tons of faces. She says I am holding up well. I do use it everyday. I think it gives your skin a glow as well. By the way, my battery has lasted a very long time. I also use an Aloe gel for the conductive solution I buy in the health food store.

Thanks so much for your comments….I wasn’t too sure anything short of facelift surgery could beat nasty GRAVITY, so I’m glad for your experience with the item!….Also, glad we have ’til end of January to try this. Will post my results as well; the “jawline” is probably one of the toughest areas, I’m sure, so glad you had positive results….thanks again!!!..Agi

dose anyone know how it works on ebony skin. sometime our texture is different and do not lift as easy with face  products.

I tried it once on jan 30. It works right, I tried it on my forehead to get my eyebrows to rise like those models on t.v. but my eyebrows stayed where they are.  Except now they are knitted, which is worse, because I don’t get why I didn’t get that surprised look!  But I am keeping it, cuz it works, machine wise, and if I go longer, it should work on my skin/musculature.  Any tips on making the eyebrow rise? If I can get it to do that, then I kinow my skin will respond all over.  Thanks, everyone!

PEGSUE-I bought 2 when Jennifer launched them- I agree that I saw very fast results- I will also tell you that I use a very clean ALEO VERA gell as my conductive solution as it’s texture is almost better than the gel by SSC-

I can only tell you about the NuFace and I love it..  I have the NuFace Mini and it is so easy to handle as it’s small and I have a small hand.  However the probes are the same size as the tria so it should give the same results.

I like the fact the NuFace is rechargeable and it holds a charge for two weeks.    Personally, I don’t want to be putting 9 volt batteries in all the time.  

I would try it, you can always send it back if you don’t like it.  HSN is great with returns.  It’s too bad you didn’t get the NuFace when it was recently on sale, you could have tried both at once.

I would like to know if this is the same as the nu face, and if so, is this better than the new face or the nu face trinity?  I got this, have not tried it yet, but now i do not know if I should send this back and get the nu face instead!  I hope someone can help me on this.  There are so many gadgets out there now, like the tria laser for home use, the derma wand, red light therapy, infra red light therapy, I am confused.

I just got mine and nowhere can I find in any of the literature how often to use the device. Every day? A couple of times a day? Every for how long? I can see the section that says how to use which program for maintenance but for crying out loud am I stupid or did I miss this very important point? Someone please if you know where to find this info let this noob know. Otherwise I will be using it everyday for 20 minutes until I get a clue. It is really uncomfortable I find on the forehead because my skin there is very non-fatty. Everywhere else is quite comfortable and stimulating.

I have only had it for 2 days. I want to make sure I do this right. I use Clarisonic and very good SSC and other brands of skin care and at 57 I am told I don’t look my age and I would like to keep it that way.

I love mine too. I use the SSC gel that came with mine. Love this so much I sold my Platinum FaceMaster. I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this item. I just turned 60 and I’ve always looked young for my age but I can see a difference still. I think some people who leave it bad reviews are too dumb to know how to use it or are expecting too much when there is no hope for them.

Cheezit-glad you like it as well. Do you use the SSC gel or do you buy another brand? I thought I read somewhere that one can buy conductive gel over the counter at the pharmacy?
