Slow packaging and shipping

HSN, I don’t order much, and I don’t post much. But in the last year, I have noticed that it has taken a long time to get a package out the door. I know that the Roanoke VA warehouse was closed.

I just ordered a mascara. Just a Lancome Mascara on Nov. 7th. I know it won’t get shipped till Monday.
I did read where HSN incurred a loss of revenue the 2nd quarter.

However, slow packaging and slower shipping, closing and shuttering warehouses is not the way to go to save money.

This is from a person who never ever complains about HSN.

If it is like this now, one must think what will happen during the holidays.

No this is not a mean post. I don’t have a mean bone in my body.

I am just frustrated.

One needs to have an independent eye come to HSN and see what is holding you down financially, what is not, and fix it.

Goodness, don’t take it out on your employees. They are usually the first ones hit. One needs to look higher to see what the real issues are. Your customer service people are your first contact with the company, it is not their fault.

Roanoke VA warehouse is still open. 2 boxes from HSN arrived yesterday from Roanoke. I just sent something back to….Roanoke.

Something is happening with shipping as shoes I order 24 hours ago have already shipped. For me, HSN has returned to their fast delivery that I know and love.

I understand your fustration. I love Hsn but it isn’t even the holidays and to wait so long for your item, Customer service is great,however, something is going on? I would worry about placing an order for the holoidays.

The QVC orders get here before my HSN ones. I’ve been watching since I read about the problem. I see the QVC sit at one location, then it is out for delivery with UPS. I think I am getting more UPS used from QVC, too.

This is what happens when they lower Shipping/Handling cost. Plus add 2/3 more days if they transfer it to the Post Office. ??
