Question About My Lancome Toner – Not Filled All The Way

I received my Tonique Confort today, and immediately after taking it out of the box I thought, Wow, this isn’t filled all the way! There is over a half inch gap with no product. I unscrewed the top and it is definitely sealed and doesn’t look tampered with at all. I have bought this toner a few times before and also Lancome’s wonderful eye makeup remover, and it seems to me they were always filled to the top. This must have been an error made at the factory when they were filling it. It seems a waste to return it, especially if HSN was going to dispose of it. 

Has anyone else gotten a product that just didn’t look like it was filled all the way, and what did you do? There’s not that much missing, I guess, but it still does bug me. Lancome not exactly inexpensive.
