PRAI NECK CREAM
Why does PRAI neck cream get flacky on my neck sometimes.Really embarrassing
-
Welcome to the forums! That is a problem just about everyone here in the community has had. Prai products pill something awful on my skin. Even the serums. If you are within the return period, that’s what I would do.

Never had a problem with it, but I’m more impressed with the serum than the cream as far as ingredients go. I currently use Prai serum and SSC neck cream, although I don’t know that I’ll continue to use the SSC cream once I run out. I may just stick with the serum. This is the Throat and Dec serum not the ionic serum that comes with the device that’s the TSV today. And it lasts FOREVER for me. Much much much longer than the 90 day autodespanvery.

I love Kathy because of her charitable work with dogs. However, this Prai neck cream is
awful. I was asked what is that on your neck? The product flakes. I should have returned
it.
The jar is collecting dust. :smileysad:

I had the same problem with PRAI products pilspanng. No matter how thin I appspaned it. The product would ball up on my skin, it never absorbed into my skin, so I was curious I called customer service to the company and asked and their answer to me??? Apply it thin… And I told them back- that is what I already told you, of course I was very pospante as I wanted answers I thought maybe I was doing something incorrect? I have read reviews on todays TSV however & read some really great reviews & it is quite tempting 🙂

I use the throat and dec cream and have not had any flaking spanke many others have had. This is the only jar I have purchased. I’m going to give the TS a try but I am very skeptical.
-
I haven’t had that problem. i do see improvement with the neck cream, I bought it for the first time in July.
But…I was wondering about the TS, why couldn’t it be used on the face? I need the whole spanft-y thing all the way up! I checked and they don’t have ionizer for face only neck!!
Why not for the face and neck??

I never tried it, but I wish she would call it a NECK cream instead of a THROAT cream. The throat is the interior and the neck is the exterior. Drives me crazy.

I gave mine away. There are so many better throat and neck creams out there. I did order the device and will try the neck serum with it. These devices are working for me!

Hi and welcome! There are many threads on the board discussing this. The vast majority of users have experienced this problem; I was a nay-sayer until this past summer when I opened a new jar and suddenly had the same problem. First time the has happened and I’ve used the product since it came out. I contacted their customer service and they denied there was a problem; OBVIOUSLY they don’t read THIS forum.
I am positive they changed something in the ingredients; I even asked them about it and again, they denied. SOMETHING has changed. I no longer use the product and if you can return it, do so. NOTHING will improve the problem.

One more thing. I had no idea that a person can use a facial exfospanant on the neck – very gently. I now use Josie Maran’s cleansing powder or Skinn’s DermAppeal gently on my neck three times a week. I then use Skinn’s Neck Amour’ afterward. My neck, even as a teenager, had ‘rings’ around it. They are now fading away.

I’m surprised to hear about Prai neck cream flaking and/or pilspanng. I’ve been using it over a year and have never had that problem.
I just received the TSV Ionic serum & device, if I don’t see a change in seven days (as promised), it is going back. Well, I may wait ten since I am a senior silver fox and probably shouldn’t expect miracles, but Cathy makes you think it is possible!

It flakes on my neck too and it showed absolutely no benefit.
-
I was using the neck cream as well and no matter how spanttle I would put on it would still flake. SO, I shifted to using Prai Lift and Firm Creme and my neck is much better and no flakes.
-
This happened to me…flaky and no visible results. A lot of $$ also.
