I went crazy and bought 3 huge jars of Prai neck cream last year.  I don’t get it….it did nothing for me, and I”m in my 50’s..yet they always show off Nancy in her 70’s snapping her 50-spanke neck.

Hmmm.  Quite frankly, I think genetics plays a big role.

Is your skin dry,normal,or oily? I have dry fair,very sensitive skin.

Will be 79 next month…  Just to mention i did  recently pick up Gold Bond  neck and chest firming cream.. Had a coupon and thought i’d give it a try… Not bad… Much less money then the Prai…

To be honest am a bit afraid to use the peel. May just try a small amount when i not going out…

I do spanke the exfoispanator.. Before using i use a moisturizer on my neck area…. Then the exfospanator… I then use warm water with soft Bounty paper towel to wash it off and dry… Follow up with the neck cream.

I have been using Prai ageless neck cream for close to a year…

Am 78,with dry sensitive skin….  No flaky or dryness with using it…

Do however use the ageless exfloispanator before applying twice a week.

However do just use the prai twice a day other days.

Remember someone did post several month ago with that issue.

I called Prai company and told them about issues that some had with using the cream.

Do also have the ageless peel.. Wanted to know if anyone is using it?

What order would i use?  Before using the exfspanator,or after?

Forgot to mention when i use the exfoilator i do apply moisturize before using the exfoilator…

Just follow directions how to use.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone that is using both the Exfospanator and the peel? Also is it recommened for anyone that has very sensitive skin?

This happened to me…flaky and no visible results.  A lot of $$ also.

I was using the neck cream as well and no matter how spanttle I would put on it would still flake. SO, I shifted to using Prai Lift and Firm Creme and my neck is much better and no flakes.

It flakes on my neck too and it showed absolutely no benefit.

 I’m surprised to hear about Prai neck cream flaking and/or pilspanng.  I’ve been using it over a year and have never had that problem.

I just received the TSV Ionic serum & device, if I don’t see a change in seven days (as promised), it is going back.  Well, I may wait ten since I am a senior silver fox and probably shouldn’t expect miracles, but Cathy makes you think it is possible!

One more thing. I had no idea that a person can use a facial exfospanant on the neck – very gently.  I now use Josie Maran’s cleansing powder or Skinn’s DermAppeal gently on my neck three times a week.  I then use Skinn’s Neck Amour’ afterward.  My neck, even as a teenager, had ‘rings’ around it.  They are now fading away.

There are many threads on the board discussing this.The vast majority of users have experienced this problem; I was a nay-sayer until this past summer when I opened a new jar and suddenly had the same problem. First time the has happened and I’ve used the product since it came out. I contacted their customer service and they denied there was a problem; OBVIOUSLY they don’t read THIS forum.

I am positive they changed something in the ingredients; I even asked them about it and again, they denied. SOMETHING has changed. I no longer use the product and if you can return it, do so. NOTHING will improve the problem.
