perlier hydo zone todays special

I returned it and don’t want an exchange even though I was wanting to try the hydro zone. I will do my shopping at Ulta and Sephora from now on. I am very disappointed in HSN that they would send me a used item

Mine arrived while I was gone and appears to be OK. I’ve never used this and from the comments, I’m expecting good results. Do y’all use it intermittently with your other beauty products? I probably shouldn’t have ordered this until I was completely finished with my other creams and serums because I learned the hard way that these products do have a shelf life. Do you layer everything every day? Just curious. I would like to use the hydozone by itself so I can judge its effectiveness.

I got the Hydro Zone special, it arrived right away with no packaging problems.  This was my first time trying Hydro Zone.  I usually use Dr. Graf.  I find it very greasy and it pills.  I’m going to keep it though and continue to use it at night only.  I wouldn’t purchase it again, unless it performs some kind of a miracle on my skin which I’m not counting on.  I’m just sorry that I didn’t spend the money on Dr. Graf, which does work and I will never stray from again.:smileyhappy:

Things are getting really sloppy here. I have received so many defective, used, torn, expired products from HSN lately.

Oh, Yuck!  Contact HSN Customer Service.  You will be able to return it for free and they’ll ship another if it’s still available.  (I hope it’s still in stock.)
