New Serious Skin Care Plush 80K Cleansing Brush
I am tempted but think I will pass. My thoughts–I don’t need any more giant size cleansers and I want to be able to change the brush head when the bristles get worn down.
Anyone else have an opinion on this offering?

I was also wondering about the brush head too, but I thought I heard on the beauty report last night that there will be replacement heads for around $12.99? I am going to wait and see if they do sell the replacement brush heads as I need a new facial brush.
-
The replacement brush heads is also my question. I will get this if I can replace the brush head at a reasonable cost. Can someone at HSN or Jennifer please answer this question? Thanks.

Shotnat89 – the brush heads should be replaced every 6 months with regular use. They will be available on hsn.com starting in early November. – John

I would love if this cleansing brush were offered on it’s own. I have SO many giant cleansers I am going to start selling them on ebay! But I would love to have the brush to use with the hopefully ONLY 1 or 2 bottles of cleanser I will have left.

Hi, There should be a six month AD option for the brush head. Thanks

I bought the derma brush set, it ok but if I could send it back I would could have used the money to buy a better bush that costs less than $125.00

I’m looking at the 80K brush, I have a clarisonic, and the replacement heads are ridiculously overpriced. I did see it sold separate for the same price as with the cleansers. I think I would just get more cleanser for the price

The brush head is indeed replaceable. The enclosed leaflet explains this. I just got mine 2 days ago which is too soon to leave a review but my issue has nothing to do with its effectiveness. My issue is extremely important & should be known to future purchasers. I too had difficulty loading the battery which took several minutes. Hoping that I won’t need to replace the battery often I didn’t stress. But the real problem for me is the so-called on/off button. You have to press the button continuously for the brush to be on. The brush stops if you let go of the button. And you have to press rather hard with your thumb. I wish this was made known prior to purchase. I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome so having my thumb pressed hard on the button for the total time it takes to cleanse my face leaves my thumb throbbing & in enough pain that I have to ice my hand after using the cleansing brush. Doing this twice a day every day will put me back in a hand brace. Why would this brush be designed like this? I can only guess that its cheaper to produce without an off feature. This makes me beyond upset because the brush is so soft & oscillates instead of rotating which is so much better for skin. I’m afraid that once people start complaining Jennifer Flavin will repair this flaw however in the meantime I’ve already puchased this one. I’m just sick!

Do you have to remove the plastic on the brushes are do you use it with the plastic on it
-
There is a clear cellophane wrap around the bristles for shipping purposes only. You should remove it before using your brush.

I am unable to get the plastic off easily…how do i get it off?

It turned out to be a disposable for me, so I’m glad I never got around to ordering replacement heads. Around the time the batteries died, the on/off switch quit working. I wasn’t in love with it anyways, felt weird on the skin. I’m much happier with the cheaper Olay rotating brush.

The SSC Plush 80K Cleansing Brush is not a cleansing tool to spend money on. The bristles are too soft, and the device lacks sonic technology. It is impossible to get a deep cleanse with that brush. I got it free w the Glycolic Cleanser and gave it away. I am happy w Michael Todd’s Soniclear.
