Has anyone had success in removing these nasty hard bumps with any product on this site. I’m thinking Serious Skin Care might have something but I don’t want to waste time and money with constant trial and error.

I’ve heard Retinols might do the trick but never spoke to anyone who had success.

I had some and went to see my dermatologist, and she removed them in office easily. She said they might return and try to use BHA, Retin-A and good exfoliation to prevent…. they went away and have not returned. They won’t just go away with any skin product, they have to be removed/extracted. Don’t waste your money, just go see your dermatologist.
