HSN-why the long processing time You hold my funds and some orders for 3 days!

HSN_Kim i have the exact same problem as TheLadyDi. my money was promptly withdrawn from my account upon completion of the order, however I am on the third day and the order status still shows as “processing”. somethings not right. my order # is *****

I’m a little worried on my order I orders an iPhone 5s and it’s still in processing I hope it goes through how bad I want a new one

Mine has been 4 days so far. ordered it on the 5th it is now the 9th also it was an exchange, I called HCS and the item I called about I received was damaged and they said they would get another one right out. They will receive the other one I sent back in 2 days and mine is still setting in wearhouse after 4 days

I appreciate your quick response to order questions. My request is to have you look at why it takes 3 days to process orders? If it was just a one-off situation, I would take that as a fluke. But its more common than I would expect. So I’m going to monitor processing time more closely than before for every order going forward and will flag any concerns for your assist. Thx 

HSN-appreciate the fact that this item shipped shortly after I posted this concern. But I still need a response. Why do some orders, many in my case sit for 3 days for processing? You hold my funds and my orders. If you can’t process for 3 days, then don’t issue a payment request until you can process it in a 24 hour period. You run a 24/7 business, so I don’t think there should be any delays over the weekend either.
