HSN-why the long processing time You hold my funds and some orders for 3 days!

how long is it usally i paid for express

Do you process orders on the weekends?

4 days?  How about a month and no merchandise due to extended delivery?  I can wait but WHY charge me ahead?

I could not figure out how to use private messenger, if you could email me I would appreciate it. I did however receive one of my orders today of the talking Rudolph Figurines and am super happy with that purchase! 🙂

I ordered an item on saturday and it said 3 to 7 days delivery, and we are now going onto the 4th day and my order is still processing what is the hold up with this processing time. i would like to have my item before christmas!!

Not happy I ordered a Joan Boyce pajama set to go with the slippers I already have shipping out and all if a sudden I get an email saying my order has been returned, which how can I return an item I never received?? I call this morning and it says the vendor couldn’t fulfill my order and wasn’t offered to change the order or send out a new pajama set. I see this set is still available online so why didn’t I get it?? Not impressed to say the least.

I purchased an item on December 1st. Up until yesterday it said packaging. Tonight it showed 2 days of shipping activity and coming into Florida and leaving FL. It is now in Tennessee. What a mess that is. I spoke to HSN about that and of course they are sorry. But this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that UPS has dropped the ball. The first time they lost my package for 3 days and had outrageous shipping updates.

My order has been "processing" for 4 days now, and because its a large ticket electronic item im concerned as to what the problem is and whether or not ill get it for Xmas?? What’s the holdup??

WHY are HSN answers Private Messages?  Are they afraid to answer us on the forum?

I love HSN.  But there are a few things that really bother me:
1. $1.99 to ship to me (clearance) and $6.99 for mne to ship back?  (I only get credit if I open the HSN credit card, but if something is defective?
2. I ordered boots and you charge me now, THEN LATER you tell me extended delivery, won’t get my stuff for another MONTH!
3. Where are the coupons and free shipping like Kohl’s, Lord & Taylor, Amazon, Old Navy, etc?
4. MY MAILMAN WAS STEALING MOST of my packages and opening them if they weren’t stolen 9I guess to see if it was good stuff) and that is because UPS would bring it to the USPS and some boxes never left the crooked mailman’s trunk.  I had to change my mailman but it was too late he stole $750.

for me I can say one thing about S-H-Q   they shipp fast and very sturdy box’s The few things I get arrive in no more than 4 days FROM PLACING ORDER.

I have an HSN ring that has traveled over 6 states and was to be here today and now It will be Monday.

I don’t know why HSN takes so long.  I made purchases from S*MA AND BE*LLS and HSN the same day and received my stuff from those companies long before my HSN order.  If I buy something on the weekend,  the order status says "processing" or "packaging"  until Monday.  My guess is that no one is working on the weekend and catch up is the game.  Maybe HSN needs more employees and that would be great for the economy as well.

It always takes 7 days from the day I place my order until I actually receive it .. so nobody really has a 30 day return policy because it takes 7 days just to receive the order! And I ONLY order things that have ‘free S&H" too!

What I don’t understand is that ALL of my orders go to the New Orleans Post Office and then to another post office 5 minutes away and from there to my local post office which is 10 minutes away and I have to wait 3 days just to get my stuff, when My sister lives 3 minutes away from me and gets Everything UPS…She orders a day after me and gets her stuff days before me…I want UPS also!
