Perlier 3-Liter NO SUDS

I have 2 3 liter size I have had for 2 years, honey and honey lemon. I need 1-2 pumps for tons of lather on a material loofah for my body and 3 pumps for a jacuzzi bubble bath. I am not familiar with what you are using to put the shower bath on, but I get tons of suds.

If you use a puffy or even the towel like shower scrubbie- great for scrubbing your back you will get more suds. But I also think the Shea wash may have less suds – more moisturizing benefits though and that’s a plus

When I first got mine I posted that I wasn’t a fan. I didn’t find that it lathered very well either and my main criticism is not much of a scent. I love scent and want more. I won’t be ordering this again.

I also ordered the body butter and received the anti aging body balm as part of the TS. I have a lot of trouble with my cuticles wanting to peel back and looking yukky. Since I have been using these creams on my hands every day I haven’t had that problem even once. I have tried Philosophy on my cuticles and other products and they didn’t help at all. I also use the Perlier on my elbows and feet and they are soft as a baby’s behind. I will continue with these Perlier products but not the bath cream.

kemiqueen, its good hearing from you! I haven’t seen you on the boards lately and was worried something might have happened to you. Glad to see you posting again.

Kemi, I love Perlier because it lathers so much more than Korres and others.   I’ve never used the Shea because I am not fond of the smell but have used countless others over the years.  I probably use about 10 pumps because I like lots of lather.   I don’t buy the 3 liter size because I like to change up the fragrance.   You might want to exchange the Shea for the Olive which I know lathers and has a very clean smell which is unisex. 

You shouldn’t need more than a couple of pumps. Instead of diluting the Perlier, maybe you could try lathering yourself up with the loofa, then go over yourself with the Soniclear.

it has been my experience that none of the Perlier bath creams give you a lot of lather.  I remember you mentioning that you used Dove.  I had been using Dove since I was 14.  I stopped for some reason, it was probably when the cost shot way up but I’ve gone back to it again, it really does give wonderful lather.  I enjoy the Perlier bath creams too, and they smell so good.  I got the lavender this time, I found the creams with shea butter left my skin too greasy feeling.  I’ve also found that the 3 litre never lasts a year, more like six months, but I keep on buying it.  It’s a little treat for me around Christmas time.:heart:

   Thank u so much for the feedback! I’m just going to keep it and mix it w something that has more lathering agents so that I can still get some benefits of the Shea. My skin is so dry! I can also wash my dog w it. I don’t think my boyfriend will like the smell since he is soo manly, LOL. I am just obsessed w this Soniclear for the body! It really gives a deep cleanse (great for self tanning) and massages at the same time. 

Hi , just a thought…the lack of lather could be because it’s heavy on the shea butter?

If you want to return it you get to keep the body balm and hand cream. It was a gift.

You could exchange it for something that isn’t shea but still moisturizing that way you get to try something else and not pay for return shipping.

PS. I got the Olivarium because I like a clean scent and didn’t want to risk getting stuck with some yucky scent for a year but I use about 2-3 pumps with my DOC cloth and you know I’m tall so……????

I bought the honey and chamomile which I love. I start off using about four pumps but then I add an additional two to four pumps. I get plenty of suds. I haven’t tried the balm or hand cream that was included yet.

I believe if you want to return anything you have to include everything you received with your order.

I use a sponge and get oodles of lather with 2-3 pumps. I find it lathers well under a running tap (for a bubble bath). I find it does not lather well with a washcloth or my hands.

It sounds like the soniclear and the Perlier are not a good match.
