crafters companion auto ship

in regard to an earlier post on the 2016 may auto ship for crafters companion .  i contacted the hsn auto ship dept. they  are trying to find out what happened, why crafters companion sent out the wrong auto ship. if anyone knows  i would appreciate it, thanks. i tried to contact the company without success, i also went back to the site they had listed for the digi stamps, it still isn’t on line.
