Anna Griffin Fretwork 2 Die and Embossing Set–missing dies

Just wanted to check with all the Anna Griffin fans out there, was so excited as I just rec’d my order of several AG items today, and sadly I have to report the AG Fretwork 2 die set, which should include 5 dies, well mine only had 2!!!

I’m very upset as I ordered 12:01 a.m. when the product WAS in stock at the time, but now of course, it’ sold out and HSN CSR can’t tell me when or if it will be in stock again?!?!?! Surely it will be???

This was clearly a packaging error from the AG factory and in no way am I blaming HSN CS–except that they have no back up stock for shipment errors, etc…. they just ship the item as received from AG’s factory… but that leaves customer’s hanging, without the product they ordered.

Anybody else having this issue, or am I the only lucky one? :catmad:

FWIW, I left a message on AG’s blog, hoping to hear something there as well.

Hi there, just wanted to bring back this bit of a zombie, but with good news… HSN really came thru for me in the end… they got the Fretwork 2 dies back in stock and once my return was processed they have shipped the replacment set to me at the Craft Day special pricing/shipping, etc.

Whoohoo! Thanks HSN!! You rock!

Now I can’t wait until the next craft day… July 6th!!!

I’m sure there’s more dies to buy. :womanlol:

Hi, thanks for your comment. I already had Fretwork one, and yes Fretwork 2 was available when I ordered it. Could not remember if I ordered it the day before or 2 days before. oh well.

ramatak is it possible that you ordered fretwork one by mistake? I know they were available a couple days before the 24 hour show. I dont remember the fretwork two being available before craft day?

Hi, I also wanted to comment on moreprimeland’s message. I ordered the AG Fretwork 2 dies,2 days before the show aired. Guess what I got? I got 4 dies and they were not even the ones showed on the program. Of course, theone’s I want are now out of stock. Packaging error??? I can’t even identify the dies. I specifically wanted the large dies. HSN gave me an $8 credit for a $50 ish dollar purchase that was wrong. Very odd. I will also leave a message on AG’s website and see what she has to say.

I just received my Fretworks II dies this morning and all five dies were there! Lucky you! You didn’t say, but I’m assuming you received the two 5 x 7 dies, and were missing the three smaller ones. Hope you get them. I think I would use the smaller ones more often.
