I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again:

Per Alton Brown…if you’re using heat to dehydrate, you’re doing it wrong.

I purchased a Curtis Stone dehydrator and I am wondering if there are fruit leather sheets and mesh sheets I can buy that will fit the dehydrator; anyone know?

Carlos I was looking at that dehydrator. Please tell us how else do you dehydrate? I know it takes quite a bit of electricity because it takes a while which I don’t like.

I’m not trying to pick a fight, I really would like to know.
