just want to say I am extremely disappointed and would NEVER again buy anything from HSN. Ordered the Amazon Echo as Christmas gift and they kept saying it was shipped and I would get it by Dec. 23rd. It never came and when I called they said they were out of them. However, when I ordered it they had them in stock. Therefore, I had NO gift for my daughter as I stopped looking for the Echo at other stores as HSN said they had it and was shipping it to me. Not very dependable!
