De’Longhi Pinguino Portable A/C
SO VERY Disappointed in the De’Longhi 13500 A/C, most especially in their service.
It came with a broken part 11 days ago, and we went through the proper channels to get help.
A phone call to their listed number did not work.
After several e-mails asking to get a replacement part, we FINALLY got a reponse today that they have processed our complaint. In the meantime, the unit sits unused in the corner of the room.
We don’t even know if it actually works because we have been unable to use it without the window outlet which was the broken part. They did not seem to be in any hurry to help us.
I would not recommend their products, nor will I buy another De’Longhi product after this experience.

Be persistant w/ customer servise for a replacement or return.
