Lori,so true about variety I start out strong and then get bored. Also I have given up bread and pasta because this goes right to the tummy area.

Limiting breads, pasta and that kind of carb will help. Can’t stop eating them all together, but limiting per week will make a difference. I unfortunately disccovered a fabulous mexican bakery in town, items taste like how I remember goodies were made when I was a kid. It shows on my belly that I’ve over indulged at the bakery this month! 🙂
Also, if you are not ‘regular’ makes a difference. I use Isagenix Supreme daily and it keeps me regular. I’ve battled that tummy issue all my life, I’m sure the doctors just aren’t find a rare cyst causing it!! LOL!! Hubby and I are doing the 5:2 diet, He lost 20 lbs and I had lost 15, but have regained 5 (bakery issue) in the one year we have been doing this.

Hi Lori, this the problem I am facing I tried on some things and they are too tight. I tend to carry my weight in my stomach are and this is so hard to reduce until I go on a very rigid eating regime. Thanks for your tips. I love to hike as well can’t wait for spring.
