HP laptop 457-144

I suspect this is the same laptop still being sold now under new item number 478-565 .  I bought last Nov when they were on special.  always buy 2 every few years.  one for me and one for daughter. can’t write a review on the item number as it it sold out.  i suspect it is same but they changed the item #.   this one is incredibly slower.  Both of us hate the laptop and windows 10.  she needed a new one but is doing almost everything on her phone cause this is such a pain laptop.  i keep flipping back and forth between this one and my old gateway.  it was much faster. this was my own fault as i never gave it a thought that it would be slower than what we already had.  i should have paid attention. i had purchased elsewhere outlook professional.  was i ticked when an upgrade was made and it wiped out my outlook.  had to reload. this also has a lot of software i don’t want to use will never use didn’t sign in for and i can’t seem to get rid of some of it.  the airplane mode and network icons keep going away from bottom tray and i have to reset the network up to pick it back up at all.  i am so done this hsn electronics.
