488-326 Visual land 10.1 tablet problem

I have this tablet and it takes forever to boot up and once booted it takes a long time to open up apps considering this is an octa-core tablet. Once apps are loaded you can switch between them fast. Battery lasts pretty long. Keyboard works good too.
