ITEM 473-318 HP 10.1" HI ITS anymore BB Android Lollipop Tablet

I Just received the HP Tablet in March. However I cannot seem to transfers applications to a SD Card.  It won’t even give me the option to move anything there.  “Move to SD Card”  It is not there.  My tablet does state the card is in the device but cannot transfer anything at all.  Please advise.  Thank you Annette S.
