Emerson DVD/VHS Recorder
Does this only work for home videos that are un-copyrighted? My Mom has a whole collection of 80’s-90’s workout videos that she still uses and are certainly wearing out. Would it work on these tapes too? Thank you in advance.

It’ll work if they don’t have copy protection/Macrovision. Many motion pictures released by the major studios have it. The exercise videos may or may not have it. A home video that’s not in good condition can make the recorder think the tape’s encoded, and won’t copy it.
