Elite Customer Support – Non-Support

I see this post by frances was in 2015, altho people are responding in 2016….

Elite was done away with long ago….VTECH is now our lifetime support…Contact HSN for their number to call, VTECH  is located in Ft. Myers, Florida.

I had to call them 3 days ago and was helped with my problelm. 

I totally agree! I have a small problem with some of the Windows programs and first of all, the phone number on the card I received with my ‘Lifetime’ membership registration code is no longer valid.  So where do I go from here to get help, since I have  ‘lifetime’ support? 

I am going through the same exact thing . I am actually on hold with the support services now and they are telling me that the longest extension of the warranty is three months. 

Thank you for letting us know about the bogus Elite lifetime service, Frances. I’m afraid there are too many people still purchasing HP laptops who really believe there is such a thing. :smileymad:

I am so sick & tired of this unprofessional customer support. Man up HP & HP YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I CANT EVEN GET ONLINE EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS I’M CONNECTED! HSN & HP YOU SUCK!!  Everyone has a local ne

Maybe we need to find someone to file a class action lawsuit.  That might get HSN moving.  Anything is better than the customer "service" we are getting from ELITE.

Sometimes when I see HSN sell computers and advertise LIFETIME support I just want to scream DON’T BUY.  It is a complete lie.  Just try to get through to Customer support. There isn’t any.

I also purchased a Lap Top from HSN with the elite life time support. What a joke! I have been trying off and on for  over a year right after I purhase it to connecdt with elite support. To this day still no one answering on phone or internet I have decided to chalk this one up as a bad deal and move on putting my own money into getting this Lap Top set up. Very sad will not be purchasing from HSN again and will warn everyone to do the same.

Wow, glad I do not buy electronics.  I had a similar problem with a GPS system I was given as a gift.  It said I had lifetime free updates. When I went to update it, yes it was three or four years old the site said i had to pay.  

I purchased 17-inch HP that was supposed to come with Lifetime Support from Elite. Phone # no longer active? I & PC still alive, so I guess my meaning for "Lifetime" & Hsn/Elite are dirrerent?

Please issue refund for pro rate warranty, or honor your committment, as advertised on air!

I would never have bought product without lifetime warranty!

I will be skeptical of HSN promises,on air, in future,& probably never purchase from HSN again, unless this is resolved quickly, & satisfactorily!

wow, after reading blogs and some reviews, now I am adding NO ELECTRONICS from HSN!

HSN is nothing but thieves!!!! Do not buy from these people! I had purchased a 60" Samsung TV they immediately deducted all the funds from my account they needed, then continued to then cancel my purchase, with no refund. It’s almost been 2 weeks and still no refund! I’ve been back and forth with my bank, and the supposed to be "Elite" customer service supervisor, and all they tell me is 24-72 hours…. Well it’s been 336 hours! I want my Money!!!!!!

I bought my laptop 2 years ago with the life time support.  I just tried to call the number, but it is no longer in order.  Frustrated. 

I am having trouble with the lap top i bought from HSN.I got the lifetime support with it but i can not get a hold of them.I call the number and get a recording from the phone company telling me to get the right number  and try again.I have the card infront of me I got from hsn i keep trying that number,still no luck 855-202-2840.anyone know of a number that will work to get Elite.
