Bell and Howell mesh crisper pans.

Can anyone tell me if their Bell and Howell mesh crisper pans stick. I made hot dogs wrapped in dough and they stuck. Very hard to remove. What did I do wrong? Was I supposed to spray?

On the air the host was cooking up hotdogs in dough, just like I was cooking. He did not have a problem with them sticking at all. Please watch the on air video and get back to me. He IS cooking the hotdogs in dough. He was even using the Curtis Stone Convection and Roterisory oven which I have and the oven only has 1 oven tray and the cheese did not drip on the bottom of the oven at all.

, I’m sorry you had a difficult clean up and I hope this info helps for next time. Specs say these trays are recommended for crisping vegs, meats, fries and aren’t recommended for baking dough.
