What would you do?

I have a Heidi Daus necklace stuck in a drawer of a Prestige jewelry box. I can’t get it open and my husband wasn’t able to either.

I wrote to Customer Service and it appears there’s no way to contact the vendor. In actuality the vendor is HSN.

I’d like to be able to get the necklace out of the box without ruining the box and the necklace. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

is the temperature a bit warmer or cooler than usual? if so try the alternate temperature.

in my home many rooms get so cold that i need to put certain things infront of the heater- all kinds of things! ~

this might sound strange but good luck~ things expand in heat and contract in cold
