Easy Returns

So….if you don’t return much,  what’s the problem.  I have returned many items and they do get bogged down now and then, due to various reasons,  but in due time, I do get credited back for it.

If most of us had a little more patience, we would be much more  content in life.

 First, I would like to welcome you to the forums as I see you are a new friend. Your package possibly could be not moving as quickly due to some of the bad weather East Coast is having. No, I don’t work for HSN but wanted to reply to you so you know their are some kind people here. Hope it gets credited to your account soon & hope to see you around the forums.

So, a package the OP maield is sitting in a postal facility in Ohio and has been for days (likely due to the weather), but this is somehow HSN’s fault.  Please explain the logic in this complaint because it escapes me.

, I’m very sorry that your package has been sitting at the USPS facility. As a courtesy, I have issued a refund for the return back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank to reflect these funds.
