Charged my card then denied me
Why would you charge my card first then few minutes later cancel my order. Doesn’t make any sense. Try doing the credit check first then either approve or deny me. Now the amount you took out is on hold. Doesn’t make sense at all!!

Cimplyme, we are not able to determine credit eligibility until an order is entered with a charge card. Your bank will usually releases authorizations within 3 business days.
