Shipping Delays

I’m getting very frustrated with HSN. I ordered two items on November 4th and still have not received them. Kept calling customer support and they stated warehouse problems and had no idea when the items would be shipped. Finally on November 30th I spoke with someone that cancelled my order and reordered for me stating that I would have one item on the 10th and the other on the 12th. Well both items are still showing processing and have not even shipped yet. And what did I get again……an email from HSN about shipping delays AGAIN!!!! If I could find the items elsewhere I would just cancel and forget about ever ordering from HSN again. Have received several orders from QVC since the one order I placed here. FRUSTRATED!!!
