HSN and Paypal

Whats up with HSN when trying to use paypal…I went to purchase SSC and at check out it said oops credit card was declined..well I use paypal..nothing to do with a credit card..so I called and CS used my card…and said it was on paypals end…it wasn’t..I called Paypal the next day and they said they didn’t even see a charge trying to come through from HSN, call them and let them know….so its a glitch with HSN…I used my paypal account on a few sites that day and had NO problems….I use paypal for all my purchases…I won’t use my credit card on line…so I was ticked off that HSN said it was paypal so I canceled the SSC product..it was on extended delivery by the time I was able to purchase it anyway…so I went ahead and tried to purchase something else….that went through no problem…but this morning I went to pay a flex pay payment….AGAIN CC declined? Really what credit card is HSN referring too….If I can’t use paypal on a site on line I won’t buy from that site….its very simple….to many hackers out there…I feel very safe with paypal….any problems come up, they are right there to fix them…so come HSN…fix the glitch…will follow this up with a call to CS….sorry posted twice…

Happened to me too. I know for me, it’s because I went to Pay Pal and removed HSN as a default payer when I shop here. I might not want to use my pay pal all the time. After I did this, even when using a different payment method I run into trouble.

Im having this same problem! I use paypal and it sayd ” We are having problems processing your order” It’s NOT paypal because Im getting NOTHING from them saying ” we are sorry we were not able to process your order”. I ALWAYS get emails from paypal when I use them to purchase rather it goes through or not they let me know Ive ordered something. So this is HSN/s problem. I even tried to delete paypal and re enter it. But it says if i want to edit or remove paypal I have to do it on paypals site. again NOPE lol. please fix this.

I am sorry to hear you had some trouble. I looked into this and it just shows on our end that Paypal declined the order. I’ll forward this to our technical team so they can look into it and see what may be going on.
