Buyer Beware: orders without easy return labels…$$$$
I wish HSN would specify when an item does not come with an E-Z return label. Yesterday I paid UPS $26.42 to return a tablet that did not live up to it’s ‘hard-sell’ presentation. I think HSN should specify if no E-Z return label is available. I have tried to find out when placing orders but operators don’t have that information. This isn’t the first time I have reluctantly paid exorbitant return shipping fees for mis-represented items !

Did u check online to see if there was an EZ Return Label to print? All of my orders offer printable EZ labels and regular labels, but not all of my orders come w these labels on the invoices.
Go to:
1) My Account
2) Order History
3) Return Options (next to the item)
4) Print Easy Return Label -
You are absolutely right! There’s another thread complaining about the same problem. I too found out about no E_Z return label 2 years ago at my own expence, the item did not do what it was supposed to, so I sent it back, by the way the item was not that expensive close to 50, when i went to the post office,I was told it would cost me 20 to send it back, imagine my surprise, since then I’m leary about ordering anything. Hsn should specify if the item has an E-Z return label or not.

It does cause issues doesn’t it? I had that problem once, though not at HSN. UPS wanted more to return the boots than I paid for them. I will probably donate them to the Salvation Army. I was not going to pay $36 to return them. What should cost that much in the first place except for something big like a computer or TV? Shipping costs are getting way too high. I guess they want to try and force us to shop locally. I will not. I cannot so I will just go without if need be.
