Well you’re wrong. It wasn’t shipped.  What is wrong with you guys not knowing what’s going on in your own company.  One item was received last month.  One item was canceled by HSN without notifying me and I canceled the last item that you are telling me was shipped “this morning”.  Merry Christmas
