Please take note about packaging our craft items better!

With craft day approaching I just wanted to bring up again the issues many of us have had with the packaging of our craft items.  You know us crafters love craft days, and we love the shipping specials.  However like another shopper on here I had parts of my anna griffin binder damaged when I received it along with others in the past.  Usually we can not exchange these items for undamaged items because many of Anna’s products are always sold out.  The past couple craft days I have gotten boxes that are barely taped shut (the last one the tape didnt even go all the way across the opening of the box). Also received a box with a big tear in the side. I dont know if that happened there or during shipping.  I have been shocked all the items are in there.  The other issue is the way they are just thrown into the box.  Literally look like they are just tossed in the box.  It is no wonder our items are getting damaged!  I assume this is due to the large quantitiy of items ordered on craft day but seriously we are paying good money for our items and deserve to receive them undamaged.   This craft day I decided to order some of the items ahead of craft day just to try and avoid this happening again. I end up paying more in shipping, but hopefully I avoid these problems..  Sadly, this shouldnt be necessary.  I do plan to still order on craft day which is why I just wanted to put this out there.  Hopefully with myself and others bringing it to HSN’s attention things will go better this time around.
