I’ve cancelled my craft items
After an amazingly poor job of customer service on the part of HSN, and failing to actually get any accurate data in when my order would ship, I’ve cancelled my craft day orders and asked for a refund.
Originally “all orders will be shipped out 10 days from the 15th” (A very weasel way to say this in my opinion).
And on the 25th, I was told basically that HSN had no clue when my order would ship out — literally not even another prediction.
I was given some Kash to spend on HSN.com — but as a first time customer, HSN had failed spectacularly, so why would I shop with them again?
I really wish HSN had gone “above and beyond” in this situation to keep a new customer. Sadly, they’ve fallen very short.
