Where’s your DRESS CODE?

Perhaps, the host was previously presenting jeans and just continued to wear them to present a sound bar.
I don’t see a problem with the host or vendor wearing jeans. Times have changed. At my place of employment, every Friday is relaxed. We wear our jeans and work shirts.

If you look good in it….Wear It !!!

LOL, too funny to even comment on. With regards to the Church comment, I am not religious at all, but when I have attended a religious service (various religions) for various Churchy things nobody cares what everyone else is wearing because it is not about what you look like but what is in your heart according to the Pastors, Priests etc that have conducted services. I don’t think a God cares what you look like in his presence. You can be the best dressed person in a Church but doesn’t make you a nice person at all.

Jeans on Sunday?!?!?!?!?
Get my smelling salts!!!
Perhaps the OP lives in a bubble where fashion has not moved on since 1950. For the rest of us, jeans have become perfectly acceptable attire any day of the week.

Actually jeans are socially acceptable to wear on air! I honestly think the host dress quite well.
Jeans on Sunday , I do not understand the problem?
Anyway all ya dear host on HSN y’all look and dress great, just like real people .

You know RESSE, I really never pay a lot of attention to the hosts wardrobe. In a way, it doesn’t really bother me. Now, I respect your opinion on how you feel. But, I will agree thoroughly with Florida3216, some simple style shirts/jeans can range quiet high…like she said, ” jeans and shirts can be in the hundreds of dollars.” What I pay full attention to and can sometimes hit a BAD NERVE with me is CHURCH. When I see women (young & old) wearing clothes like their going to a pool party in the house of the LORD…..OH NO!!!! The other Sunday in church this woman, 60ish was wearing high heels w/big platforms. When she was actually serving the gifts (bread/wine) up at the altar. Well, she had to walk to the front altar and her shoes sounded like a large horse walking on a wooden floor…PLANK-PLANK-PLANK-PLANK. Too much, too disrespectful for me. We all have to pick our wars I guess.

I’m a loss for words with what to say regarding this subject matter. One thing we can do when we’re looking for fault in others is to change the chanel. No big deal really what they’re wearing. Maybe you could give them some wardrobe advice. Should they be dressed in haute couture?
-
I agree that dress codes have changed over the years to more casual attire. But those jeans and shirts you see on the hosts could be in the hundreds of dollars each. Personally, I love to wear a Tailored blazer, silk blouse with designer bag and shoes with my jeans. “Haute Couture” meets jeans – mix and match works for me.I do still love to dress up once in awhile too.:womanvery-happy:

I think HSN has really changed direction since they began. Just look at the fashions they sell. I disagree that the hosts’ attire is comparable to a flea market’s offerings, but that’s just my opinion.
