Returns not always included

I wish that the descriptions online would indicate if auto deduct returns are included on the items. I have been burnt by non- brand type items that do not have return labels. Shipping is always twice what you would pay on the auto return label. I think that we deserve to know that in advance.

kemiqueen – I may be wrong but I think the OP may be talking about items that don’t have an easy return label because they ship directly from the vendor and not the HSN warehouse. And I agree. That information should be posted as part of the product description since the return cost of these items are very expensive.

U can print an Easy Return label at home. Do u have a printer?

Go to:

1) My Account

2) Order History

3) Return Options (next to the item)

4) Print Easy Return Label

If it is a small item, it is cheaper NOT to use the Easy Return Label. The Easy Return label charges your credit card a minimum of $7.95. U can print a regular label using the same instructions above and mail a small item back for $3.00 at the post office.
