worse customer service ever!

Had to call back 4 times, first being told Phadra could not help me due to computer glitches; second Jesse told me he could not help me because of a block on our address and argued with me that I couldn’t take action against people falsy using my address; third, said she could not help me and said we could not purchase anything from HSN even though we have purchased items in the past and recently because someone supposedly used our address, so we can never purchase! Won’t be purchasing anything ever, due the treatment in them assuming my spouse and I must be untrusting….well, no problem, we will not be purchasing anything from HSN again and discourage our entire family and freinds the same as well. Uh, posting this on facebook as well…

Sorry but I feel that you’re leaving a great deal out of your post and can’t believe that you had such a hard time with CS! There is probably some funny business going on with your account and has absolutely nothing to do with HSN!
