Thanks for leaving me to fend for myself. (And this from a man who can’t boil water. But by golly, he can cook an egg now!)

There are many that make life convenient, but I could live without them…I guess I would have to say the freezer.  I don’t cook very often, now that the kids have left the “nest” & I live alone, but it’s nice to have things in the freezer to cook, when I do get in the mood to make something healthy, like baked chicken breasts or Turkey Divan.  Of course the Refridgerator comes with the freezer, and it makes life much easier, too.  Otherwise, I’d be heading to the store every day for one thing or another.

My 1950 refrigerator it has kept my husbands beer cold  for 40 years!
