question re M Miglin product

Just purchased 295-997eye firming cream. There are no extensions, "plastic straws" for lack of a better term on the pumps. Are there supposed to be? Have to get it out with a q tip. Help

Do you have your wifi or data turned on? I had that problem and that seemed to help.

No there is not suppose to the "plastic staws". Try to keep pumping I have used this and other products that are packaged like this. Keep pumping and pumping it should eventually work.
