Just received email from HSN stating that there is 20% off selected crafts…..I want to laugh

I just checked my orders and after 17 days, they have shipped all but 2 and those were extended delivery. They are in packaging now, but at least mine will arrive on Monday.  Can’t believe it!  So excited.

Wednesday I received an email saying if I wanted to I could cancel my order.  Waited until Thursday to check status. At that point still in packaging so I called and spoke to a rep who said it would be cancelled. I know he said 24 hrs but he may have said 24-48 hours.  Just checked my credit card – no refund as of yet and order still in packaging.  If things haven’t changed by tomorrow afternoon I think I will be contacting my credit card company.  Found items elswhere but don’t want to put an additional charge on my credit card until I have a refund from HSN.

I received an email for 20% off also. Deleted it.

This is not even funny since most people haven’t received their orders from the beginning of October! 

At leasts you RECEIVED the email. I didn’t.
